The Story Behind ZilFox
"Most agencies sell marketing for a product that was never built properly. We chose to do the harder half first — engineer the system correctly, then make it grow."
ZilFox Technologies was founded in 2021 by Sunil Sharma on a straightforward observation: businesses were being sold campaigns and creative for software that had never been engineered to support them.
The company was built the other way round. ZilFox writes the software first — ERP platforms, CRM systems, booking engines, e-commerce and internal dashboards — and only then runs the SEO and paid campaigns that fill them. A single team owns both halves, so accountability for the result sits in one place rather than being passed between vendors.
That discipline now extends to our own products. ShikZya and EZPharmo run in production under the ZilFox name, maintained by the same engineers who build for clients.
In 2026 Kamal Neupane joined as Co-Founder, returning to Nepal after 15 years in the United States in manufacturing automation, quality assurance and digital media — the same year the company was formally incorporated as ZilFox Technologies Pvt Ltd. He brought a quality-assurance discipline with him: in manufacturing, work is not finished when it is built, but when it has been tested and proven. That is now how software leaves ZilFox.
ZilFox Technologies Pvt Ltd is registered in Nepal and operates from its office at 29, Ghattekulo Marga, Kathmandu — serving clients across seven countries with more than 200 delivered projects.
The Minds Behind ZilFox
Worked across multiple multinational companies in India before moving to Nepal to start up on his own. He began ZilFox in 2021 and incorporated it in Kathmandu in 2026. He owns the technical direction — how systems are architected, and how the marketing that fills them is measured.
Spent 15 years in the United States working in manufacturing automation and quality assurance, alongside digital media. It is a discipline built on making a process repeatable and then proving it holds. He joined ZilFox as Co-Founder in 2026, and that standard now shapes how our work is tested and signed off before it ships.

Years Building
We Don't Just Build for Clients. We Ship Our Own.
The fastest way to judge an IT company is to look at what it runs in production under its own name.
ShikZya
A cloud education platform running Nepali schools end-to-end — admissions and attendance through fees, marksheets, and parent communication. 80+ modules across 11 dedicated portals.
EZPharmo
Pharmacy counter software with fast POS billing, FEFO batch and expiry control, and customer khata plus vendor ledgers — built for how pharmacy counters actually run.
Our Purpose
Our Vision
To be the technology partner serious businesses call first — known not for quick wins, but for systems that still run cleanly years after launch.
Our Mission
To build software that removes real operational pain, and to back it with marketing measured in revenue — so growth stops being guesswork.
Our Journey
The Foundation
ZilFox began with web development and search — building sites for local businesses and getting them found on Google. Small projects, but the habit of shipping clean code started here.
From Websites to Systems
Clients stopped asking for pages and started asking for platforms. We moved into full application development — dashboards, inventory, CRM and booking systems — and built the team to support them.
Our Own Products
We stopped only building to order. ShikZya and EZPharmo went into production under our own name, giving us something most agencies cannot show: software we own, maintain, and answer for.
